How 3D Maker handles accounts, prompts, reference images, generated 3D models, payments, analytics, and support data.

Last updated: September 6, 2026

3D Maker ("3D Maker," "we," "us," or "our") provides browser-based AI tools for creating images and 3D models. This policy explains what information we process, why we process it, when uploaded content is sent to service providers, and the choices available to you. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Information We Process

  • Account information: email address, account identifier, sign-in method, and profile details provided by an authentication provider.
  • Prompts and settings: prompts, negative prompts, selected model or mode, quality settings, output preferences, and other generation controls.
  • Reference images: images, filenames, and related metadata uploaded for image or image-to-3D generation.
  • Tasks and results: task status, generation parameters, private generated images, private GLB files, preview data, error details, credit usage, and task history.
  • Payment records: product, amount, currency, payment status, transaction reference, subscription status, and billing email. We do not store complete payment-card numbers or security codes.
  • Support communications: messages, attachments, task identifiers, transaction references, and other information submitted through available support channels.

We may also process IP address, browser and device type, operating system, language, time zone, referring page, pages viewed, feature usage, request timestamps, cookie or consent preferences, error information, and security logs. Optional analytics tools may use cookies or similar technologies when enabled.

2. AI Image and 3D Generation

When you submit a task, 3D Maker may upload your prompt, reference image, selected settings, and necessary technical metadata to managed storage and third-party generation providers. Providers process that information to complete the requested task and return an image or 3D model result. Generated images and GLB files are associated with your task and account so they can be previewed, downloaded, and recovered from history. 3D Maker does not use your prompts, reference images, or generated files to train its own models.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to operate and secure accounts, run generation tasks, store and deliver inputs and results, administer credits and payments, send service notices, prevent fraud and abuse, diagnose errors, improve the Service, comply with law, and enforce our Terms of Service. We do not sell personal information, disclose it to data brokers, or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. Authentication, Payments, and Cookies

Authentication providers process sign-in requests and provide authorized account information. Payment providers process payment-card and billing details under their own privacy terms; 3D Maker receives only the transaction and subscription information needed to grant credits, maintain payment history, handle cancellations, investigate disputes, and process eligible refunds.

Necessary cookies or similar storage support authentication, security, language preferences, consent choices, temporary upload state, task preferences, and core Service operation. Blocking necessary storage may prevent login or core features from working. Optional analytics or performance tools may process device, approximate IP-derived location, referral, page-view, and interaction data when enabled.

5. When We Share Information

We share information only as reasonably necessary with AI generation providers; cloud storage and delivery providers; authentication and payment providers; hosting, database, workflow, monitoring, email, and support providers; professional advisers and authorities when required to comply with law or protect users; and a successor operator in a merger, acquisition, financing, or transfer of the Service subject to continued protection.

6. International Processing and Retention

3D Maker and its providers may process information outside your country. Where required, we use contractual safeguards or other lawful transfer mechanisms. We retain account, credit, subscription, and task information while reasonably needed to provide the Service, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, resolve support requests, or meet operational and legal needs. Temporary uploads and time-limited links follow expiration and storage-lifecycle controls. Limited information may remain in backups, fraud-prevention records, legal holds, or transaction records after deletion; information may be anonymized when it can no longer identify you.

7. Security and Your Rights

We use encrypted transport, access controls, time-limited storage links, provider security controls, and operational logging designed to protect information. No service can guarantee absolute security. Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or a portable copy, and may complain to a data-protection authority. Submit requests through the support channel provided in the Service using the email associated with your account; we may verify your identity before acting.

8. Adults, Third Parties, and Changes

3D Maker is intended for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We may update this policy as the Service, providers, or legal requirements change and will update the date above. For privacy questions, data requests, security reports, or complaints, use the support channel provided in the Service.
