Terms of Service
Terms governing 3D Maker accounts, AI image and 3D generation, credits, payments, downloads, and acceptable use.
Last updated: September 6, 2026
These Terms govern access to and use of 3D Maker, including AI image generation, text-to-3D, image-to-3D, accounts, credits, subscriptions, downloads, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. Provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and report suspected unauthorized access through the support channel provided in the Service. You are responsible for activity through your account. Accounts and credits may not be sold, transferred, shared to avoid limits, or used to bypass enforcement.
2. The Service
3D Maker accepts written prompts and supported reference images, runs managed AI generation workflows, and may return generated images or private static GLB model files for browser preview and download. Current features, supported formats, file limits, sign-in requirements, estimated credit costs, and output options are shown in each tool. We may improve, replace, limit, or discontinue features and may experience provider or network delays.
3. Your Inputs and Results
You retain ownership of prompts, reference images, and other material you submit (“Inputs”). You grant 3D Maker and its providers a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, process, modify, and store Inputs only as needed to operate, secure, support, and provide the requested Service. You confirm that you own the Inputs or have all permissions needed and that they do not infringe copyright, privacy, publicity, trademark, or other rights.
3D Maker does not claim ownership of generated images or model results. AI output may contain errors, artifacts, unexpected materials, incomplete hidden surfaces, or geometry unsuitable for a particular use. You must review every result before publishing, distributing, printing, integrating, or using it commercially.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not submit content you do not have the right to use; violate law or another person’s rights; upload malware or content intended to compromise the Service; evade usage limits, safety controls, billing, or account restrictions; automate abusive requests, scrape the Service at scale, reverse engineer protected parts, resell access without permission, or interfere with another user’s access. We may reject requests, restrict features, suspend accounts, or report unlawful activity when reasonably necessary.
5. Credits and Payments
Generation tasks consume credits according to the tool, selected settings, and pricing shown before submission. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed except through an approved refund. Subscription credits follow the stated billing-cycle expiration; purchased credits follow the displayed product terms. A confirmed technical failure may qualify for an automatic credit return, but dissatisfaction with output quality alone is not a technical failure.
Prices, currencies, taxes, billing interval, plan benefits, and any usage limits are displayed before checkout. Our payment provider processes payment-card details under its own terms. By starting a subscription, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period; refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy and remains subject to mandatory consumer law.
6. Privacy and Third-Party Services
Prompts, reference images, settings, task data, and temporary download links may be transmitted to AI generation providers to perform a requested task. Authentication, payments, hosting, storage, workflow, email, and monitoring may also depend on third-party providers. Our Privacy Policy explains how this information is handled; third-party services are also governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
7. Intellectual Property
3D Maker’s software, interface, branding, text, designs, and other Service materials, excluding your Inputs and results, are owned by or licensed to 3D Maker. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, decompile, interfere with, or create an unauthorized interface to protected parts of the Service.
8. Availability and Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular image or 3D result, complete reconstruction of hidden areas, engineering accuracy, print readiness, compatibility with every application, or fitness for a particular professional or commercial purpose. Keep independent copies of important Inputs and download results you wish to retain.
9. Suspension, Liability, and Changes
We may restrict or terminate access for material or repeated violations, fraud, payment abuse, security risk, unlawful conduct, infringement claims, or legal requirements. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3D Maker will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption. Total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid to 3D Maker during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may update these Terms as the Service, providers, pricing, or law changes. We will update the date above and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice when reasonably possible. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms. Questions about these Terms, billing, content rights, privacy, or legal matters should be submitted through the support channel provided in the Service.
